Justice for Flint?

“The Michigan Attorney General has charged the state’s health director with involuntary manslaughter in the lead poisoning of Flint’s water supply.Michigan Health and Human Services Director Nick Lyon also faces another felony count: misconduct in office, according to court documents obtained by the Detroit Free Press that Attorney General Bill Schuette filed Tuesday.” From UPI.com: Michigan health director charged with involuntary manslaughter in tainted Flint water

Might there finally be some consequences for the people who made a mess of Flint’s water supply, leading to the deaths of at least 12? We can only hope so. My expectation here is that everyone facing a charge that might land them in prison will probably plead down to something that will keep them out of the pokey. But you never know.
